When we accepted Christ by faith we were justified (freed from the penalty of sin). As believers, we are always working on sanctification (freedom from the power of sin). God's just allowance of the consequences of sin can be a painful but necessary reminder that we do not want to return to the bondage of sin. If it touches our lives, consequences or blessings, our Sovereign God has a purpose for it. He is guiding us toward the day we will all be together in glorification (the absence of the very presence of sin or it's consequences). Praise God!Mistyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02750055950799687176noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8974365380348569876.post-57462653947012670502008-11-11T10:55:00.000-05:002008-11-11T10:55:00.000-05:00The quote is from me!The quote is from me!Billhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16536560066073099154noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8974365380348569876.post-22138625720481594722008-11-11T09:02:00.000-05:002008-11-11T09:02:00.000-05:00I love the quote at then end.
